CLOUT Cares assists more than 150 orphans and vulnerable children who depend on care from the Watafutaji widows.

These orphans are under the care of their widowed mothers, grandmothers, or aunts, or sometimes their older sisters.

Children don't thrive without proper nutrition.
They can't stay alert or learn in school.
  • CLOUT Cares provides clean potable water and a small meal daily for any child who attends the play school or just drops by at the office.

  • The Watafutaji widows grow a collective maize crop to provide a free lunch at school of maize and beans each day for children in the most need.

  • CLOUT Cares provides nutritious meals for HIV-positive children on the days they go to the clinic for medications, testing, treatment, or counseling.
Local primary school kids ham it up for the camera.
